Room Hire & Hall Hire at Victoria Park Community Centre
Whether you are having a party, a meeting, delivering a course, services, activity or an event we have a range of rooms and a large hall available for hire.
Main Hall
Our main hall is large enough for any activity and depending on the seating configuration. We have a range of tables and chairs and catering services to compliment your hall hire. Size 12m x 10m. Theatre style seating can accommodate 120 people. Boardroom styleseating can accommodate up to 42 people.
The hall may be used for a wide range of activities and events and is priced from £15 per hour. The hall has the benefit of a Hearing Loop System.
Activity Room
This room is opposite the main hall and is one of our most popular rooms. Theatre style seats 40 people with boardroom style seating 20 people.
The Activity Room may be used for a wide range of activities and events and is priced from £12 an hour. Other options are available and terms and conditions of hire apply.Room Size 8.5 x 7 + 2.1 x 3.9m.
Meeting and Interview Rooms
We have two attractive rooms suitable for holding small meetings and interviews. Rooms 3 and 4 comfortably accommodates up to five people. Both rooms have plug points. Room 3 size 2.5 x 3.4 and room 4.3 x 3m.
The rooms may be used for a wide range of activities and events and are priced from £5.00 per hour.
Family Kitchen
The family kitchen can be used in conjunction with any or our rooms or hired out seperately. Great for food preparation and cooking classes. Size 5.065 x 3.81m.
The Family Kitchen may be used for a wide range of activities and events and is priced from £10.00 per hour.
The Rawles Suite
The latest addition to our hiring rooms is our very pleasant Rawles Suite which is suitable for all events and is a light, comfortable room with a flat screen TV and has the benefit of an outside area. The room will accomodate 45 theatre style and 20 boardroom. From £14.00 per hour. Size 8 x 7
Room 4
Room No. 4. From £5.00 per hour. This room is very popular for counselling/mediation meetings as it has an attractive aspect and calming environment.
Charging period will include preparation and clearing away time and are to the full hour. Public Liability Insurance (PLI) must be in place to a minimum of £5 million. Please refer to the Booking Terms and Conditions for other items.
